Our two beautiful organic hydrosols or flower waters are very versatile and can be used for personal use and around the home. Rose and Lavender hydrosols are great for hydrating dry skin and also for cooling hot and irritated skin. For skin suffering from too much sun, Lavender hydrosol will soothe and cool the skin as well as help begin the healing process. They can be used as facial toners and work well as a natural face and body spritz. Used as a final rinse after shampooing hydrosols help to condition hair and also add shine. They are great for mixing with our dry clay masks and also make a wonderfully light room freshener or linen spray. Simply spray directly onto sheets and pillows when the bed is made and let dry for a delicately relaxing scent throughout the night. They also give a nice scent when used as an ironing spray. Lavender hydrosol is beneficial for all skin types however it works very well for problem and oily skin types. Lavender has always been recommended for fragile or damaged skin. Rose hydrosol is particularly good as a natural skin care toner for sensitive and dehydrated skins but generally great as a toner for all skin types.
