Skin Care for your age – 20’s
What you do now will show on your face later in life: Here are five tips to help keep your skin lovely for the future.
1. SUNSCREEN: Use it everyday as part of your skincare routine. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AND EASY THING YOU WILL EVER DO TO PREVENT PREMATURE AGEING!
2. Develop a routine to suit your skin. Cleanse, tone, exfoliate and moisturise regularly. Skin loves routine and will respond accordingly and you’ll prevent ‘flare ups’ by using a tailored routine.
3. Exercise to get you circulatory system stimulated daily. This cleanses your skin from the inside, encouraging healthy cell rejuvenation.
4. Hydrate your body with plenty of water (only water) daily – Try to drink at least 6 – 8 glasses per day.
5. Begin taking antioxidants regularly. These have been proven to slow the ageing process which is terrific for your skin and of course your overall health! Try a good vitamin supplement made for the skin. Look for vitamins A, C and E.
