Beauty is not only skin deep. There are many things that attract you to people, their personality, smile, infectious nature and their ability to care and love. What makes a person attractive really comes from the core of that person, who they really are. This is their inner beauty; it shines through via their persona and also their actions towards other living things.
Your attitude towards life and the people around you is a powerful force when we talk about beauty. Looking after all of you, not only your skin is very important to being happy, healthy and therefore attractive. It’s definitely not the size of the clothes you wear, the length of your hair, how long your nails are or even your weight. It’s how you feel about yourself. Do you feel good in the skin you’re in? Are you healthy and feeling good about life? Do you look forward to the future? Do you feel love around you and do you express love to others? These are the things that are paramount in the pursuit of true beauty. Tackling your emotional wellbeing is vital; the feeling of happiness, gratefulness and love should be your daily goal. It can take time but when you find this inner peace, inner beauty, things and people will be attracted to you.
Take a little time each day to think wonderful thoughts, focus on the good things in your life and really appreciate them. Make steps to improve yourself in ways you feel are needed. This might mean being a little more affectionate to those around you, being more patient, understanding or caring. It could mean changing your eating habits to be healthier, exercising a little more, taking time for yourself to simply read a magazine. Positive affirmations are sayings you can repeat to yourself to make you think in a positive way. Always keep these thoughts in the back of your mind throughout your day.

Steps in a positive direction every day will soon make you feel happier and this is the key, happiness and love, they make you attractive. Your skin care routine is also important because its no secret we want to look as good as we can and women feel good when they look good but for inner beauty it is totally up to you to feel as good as you can!
